Minimum enrollment period
- Full-time enrollment for at least two semesters. Part-time enrollment permitted for KAIST scholarship recipients and general scholarship recipients.
General
- Overall GPA : At least 2.5/4.3
- Comprehensive exam : Passing of major exam and oral defense
- Thesis : S (grade)
- Leadership : S (grade)
- Ethics and Safety : 1AU
For students admitted in 2002 or later. Does not apply to general scholarship recipients, international students, and techno MBA students.
